Prices including VAT are valid for all customers with delivery address in Germany or the EU.

The net prices are only valid for customers with delivery address outside the EU and customers inside the EU (excluding Germany) that have a European VAT-Identification-Number.

You can order by phone, fax, mail or email::

Ordering procedure: Please tell us:

• the amount, name and part number of every article
• your complete postal address
• your phone number or email address (for check back)

Payment procedure:

Please don't transfer money before you receive the bill.

• advance payment (forward money transfer)
  You wire the money (in Euro) to our bank account
  and fax or send us a copy of the transfer document

Exchange procedure:

• if you order exchange parts, please send us your used parts.
  After receiving them, we send you the exchange parts.
• if you need exchange parts very quick, you can speed up the process:
  if you add a certain saftey deposit for your old parts, we will send you the exchange parts in advance.
  We reimburse the money once we receive your old parts.
